Fire and Ice
The 30th Annual Fire & Ice Festival “Out Of This World”, featuring space-themed ice sculptures will be held from January 17th-19th in uptown Somerset. On Saturday, January 18th our church will host the children’s event from 9am to 2pm. We will also host a magic show at 2pm.
High Point Camp
The Youth Group will go to Winter Retreat at High Point Camp from Friday, January 24th to Sunday, January 26th.
Youth Group Volunteers at the Food Bank
The Youth Group will volunteer at the Somerset County Mobile Food Bank’s Warehouse on Thursday, January 30th. Youth should meet at church at 7pm.
Costa Rica Mission Trip
Our church will be taking a mission trip to Costa Rica through Praying Pelican Missions from February 1st to February 7th.
Women’s Fondue Party
The Women will have a Fondue Party at Cynthia Cramer’s house on Saturday, February 15th at 4pm.
Children’s Ninja Party
The children (grades K – 5) will have a ninja party at Laurel Highlands Gymnastics after church on Sunday, February 16th.
Youth Group Ice Skating
The Youth Group will go Ice Skating at Kirk S. Nevin Arena on Sunday, February 23rd. Meet at church at 1pm. Skating will be from 2pm to 4pm.
Men’s Retreat
The men will have their annual Men’s Retreat from 6pm on Friday, February 28th to 3pm on Saturday, March 1st. The theme this year will be “Awaken the Warrior” and the special guest speaker will be Scott Stewart. The location is Karl Sherbine’s Hunting Camp and the cost is $20. Sign up at the information station.
Youth (grades 6 – 12)
Youth Group: Thursdays from 7pm to 8:30pm at the church
Youth Sunday School: Sundays from 9am to 9:50am in the Youth Room
Cramer Bible Study
Cramer Small Group Bible Study will meet on Thursdays, beginning at 6:00 pm at 130 West Union Street, Somerset, PA.
Women’s Bible Study
Women’s Bible Study is taught by Karen Costea and takes place every Thursday morning at 9am. See the Women’s Ministry page for more details.
